Leasing provides credit diversification. Leasing complements existing banking relationships, keeping those available for short term needs. In addition, leasing or financing through American Capital is at fixed, not floating, rates; not cross collateralized with other company assets; covers both the hard cost of the equipment and the soft costs related to its acquisition; and is free of restrictive covenants.
